ARRIVAL: Courtesy phones are located in the baggage claim area of JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Airports, and are connected directly to ETS Air Shuttle of New York dispatch system. Just pick up the courtesy phones, dial 14 to speak directly with our reservation department, tell them where you want to go and one of our drivers will come inside to help you to our vehicle.
